The Quilt Love Project

Threading Creativity. Connecting Hearts.

Free Quilting Classes for Kids

Ages 10 and Up

The Quilt Love Project is a heartwarming community program offering free quilting classes to youth ages 10 and up. Whether your child is brand new to sewing or already knows their way around a needle and thread, this program is designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and teach a valuable lifelong skill.

Thanks to local sponsorships and donations

All classes are completely free—we provide everything your child needs, including a sewing machine, fabric, and all quilting supplies. Over the course of the program, students will learn the basics of quilting and sewing machine use while creating their very own 40″ x 48″ quilt to take home and cherish.
More than just stitches and seams, The Quilt Love Project is about connection, creativity, and community—one quilt at a time.
